- Coronavirus (COVID-19) information for our customers -

We understand that this is a time of great uncertainty and want to assure our customers that we are following guidelines provided by the UK Government and the World Health Organisation.

In accordance with latest advice from the WHO and UK Government, our Edenbridge studio/shop is no longer open to customers. As we are already mainly based online, we will still be posting out your orders while following correct measures, as we are lucky enough to be in a position to be able to work from home. Any art print orders will be sent directly from the printers to minimise contact.

The latest guidance from Public Health England advises that people receiving parcels are not at risk of contracting the coronavirus. Based on this, we will continue to closely monitor all government and Public Health England advice and currently we will be able to send out orders while Royal Mail are happy to collect them. Please note that signatures are no longer required for delivery to prevent customers and Royal Mail staff.

All online orders are being processed and delivered as usual. We use Royal Mail to post our orders within the UK, and they are doing all they can to meet every delivery date. Please note there may be some instances of late order arrivals due to circumstances outside of our control. We ask for your understanding and patience at this time of uncertainty - and we are grateful to those who are supporting a small creative business like ours.
